Troy and Westerra were great partners in the home purchasing process. Troy was on top of all the details and helped insure the transaction went smoothly.
Troy helped navigate the entire loan process. He was always available when I had questions or needed the preapproval on a weekend. He was a wealth of knowledge in the entire home purchasing process.

Troy was a great communicator and guide throughout the process. Westerra's rates and policies on construction to permanent loans were attractive as well. The underwriting process and timeline could have been laid out more clearly, however.
