We have worked with Westerra and Troy Arnold on a construction-to-permanent loan for a modular home in Parker. The experience has been great, and Troy has been excellent in communicating and guiding us through the process!

Troy has been great! We have a fairly complicated construction-to-perm loan, and he has made the process much easier, always communicating what was going on and providing an overall excellent experience!
