Lots of communication, always pleasant.
Great communication
I appreciated how easy it was to upload documents and to sign paperwork. I was kept up to date on progress and the staff were polite and helpful.
Everyone was so responsive and answered all my questions. This was my first home buying experience and each step was explained before we started it. After everything I had heard I was surprised at how easy the whole process was.
Good communication with us and our agent. They make a great team with loads of knowledge.
I really liked that I knew what step the loan was in during the entire process. Travis responded to any questions I did have the same day and was always willing to clarify.
