She was very attentive and quick with responding back. She helped a lot with giving information that we didn't know and trying to get us the best outcome for our home.

Both Tracy and Heather were fine to work with, but there are two reasons I did not rate things more highly. The web portal was a convenient way to upload documents, but the most important documents that I reviewed online would often disappear...
