Everyone was on top of their game and super communicative. We knew where we were the whole way through the process. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and they were always answered quickly.

Torrie, did a great job on a new construction loan. She met the fees of the preferred builder incentives and got a loan closed in two weeks.
Torrie communicated well throughout the transaction, helped get an FHA spot approval for a condo complex which created more flexibility.
