Tonya has been the best loan officer in not only service, but expertise & communication. I've referred her to multiple friends & acquaintances over the years as well for the smoothest home buying experience!

My experience was not the worse because I was familiar with the process. For someone new to the process, I don't think the communication was adequate. With one of the biggest purchases one will make, over communication is not a bad thing. I...
