Super easy process, questions answered quickly

The whole process was extremely easy and painless. I highly recommend First Horizon for a mortgage.

Although they were able to give us a good rate, my husband and I were not impressed at all with Tony's team. They were not clear on what documents needed to be provided until the last minute. A few days before closing on our home, we were flooded...

Tony's staff was great at keeping us up to date regarding the loan process

Very unorganized. Had to send some sort of documentation every day. Fees were high. Unhappy with short rate lock period. Did not try hard enough to get rate lowered.
