In time and clear communication

Initially, Tony was very patient and explained all the options. However, towards the end, the experience was not great. I understand there were some delays in getting information, it is not acceptable to be told that my PMI will double from...

Tony will help to close the reasonable mortgage rate during this time and he gave suggestions to use various options for closing costs etc..
