Overall communication was really great if First Horizon officials needed something from me. When I had questions the response I received was not always as accommodating, complete, or timely.
To have clear explanations not “that’s the policy”
We had a great experience with Tony and team! Ease of communication, whether is be prompt replies to emails or the personable responses, it really was a pleasure doing business with them. Thanks again y’all!
