It became clear once locked in that this was just a numbers game which I got as it's their job, but he kept telling me he didn't know loan details and couldn't get into specifics. Did close the loan, but I did a lot of the footwork

Tony was very attentive, available, and quick to respond. He was also able to get us one of the best rates available right now through the SONYMA program. I would recommend Tony to friends and family in the future.
