I would've preferred one big list of all the documentation needed from my side. Breaking it up into several days of information requests made it difficult to get everything I needed to put together while I was also working and packing.
Tonja and her team are always easy to reach and johnny on the spot if an issue arises. Her communication skills and that of her team are top notch. I do not like to deal with any other lender but her!

I recommended Tonja and her team to every client I have. This team is efficient and closings are always on time There is never multi hoops the buyers has to jump through at the last minute of the transaction .
