was given a tighter timeline than expected to get our clients loan process for closing. He did an outstanding job keeping in touch with me the agent as well as my client and making sure everything went as smooth as possible.

Tom was always available via text, call, or email and always helpful! We needed him to get our mortgage done within a month and he made that seem easy and seamless. No bumbs in the road, no miscommunication, no issues anywhere in the process....
