Tom was very communicative and open to questions at any point during the process. As a first time home buyer there were a lot of uncertainties and he helped pave a smooth path forward.
The digital platform made it super easy to submit documents. Tom also understood our unique situation and found solutions for us. He also referred us to an agent for home owners insurance.
