He got back to us quickly and even locked us at a lower rate than we had agreed to when the rates dropped temporarily. Everything worked out.
Tom was on the ball trying to get our loan moving through. He answered my emails or calls very quickly and kept me in the loop. The total timing of refinancing was long but it was on the underwriter portion not Tom!
Easy process. Signing was a piece and cake and questions were answered in a timely fashion!
