Consistent communication. Tom’s willingness to meet over zoom to show us exact numbers and allow us to see multiple possible loan amounts.
Luis and everyone else were very responsive. Explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had in a timely manner.
If I decide to sell in the near future, I will definitely use Fairway for the next house we buy.
All my questions were answered and everything was processed in a timely fashion.
