Efficient and communicated well with seller’s side.
The notifications were informative. The teams' willingness to answer questions during various steps during this process.
Open communication and process was completed quickly
Delays in processing, little or no notice when something needed to be completed asap (signing with the notary), having to obtain our own IRS transcripts and the resultant delays in funding (waiting on the post office to deliver IRS login credentials)....
