Tom was very patient throughout the process and addressed all of my concerns.
Communication was excellent and always timely. The quick responses was most important during our home purchase. The online portal was really helpful for providing needed paperwork and reviewing documents
overall it went well. Tho on the day of closure, there was what i experienced as poor communication by staff regarding a document they had sent me, i was not aware that the doc was not sent from NOVA, I work for the Federal Govt and all docs...
