From beginning to end of the process Tom was very helpful and communicative throughout. He went out of his way "show us whats under the hood" of the loan process and how things are calculated. Would definitely go back for any loans or refinancing....

We were informed all along the process. E signing makes it easy. Closing date had to be changed at the last minute and everything was completed.
