Responsiveness and willingness to answer questions
He was very clear and helpful, and he kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.
Tom is a great loan officer/friend. He is responsive, he hits his deadlines, he is very educated, his clients priority is always first. I would highly recommend Tom!!!
