Tom and Shannon were always there to help me, along with answering all my questions.
If closing didn't take 3 hours and 45 minute. Tom did a great job getting us done with his part. The fact that we only received email after 3pm on Friday's is a weird business practice.
Throughout the entire home buying and mortgage process, Tom and his team were available 24/7 for advice, updates and peace of mind. We closed in less than 30 days with no hiccups! I would recommend Tom to anyone - simple as that.
Tom pulled a rabbit out of a hat for us in order to put an offer in on a home at the eleventh hour. He was always available for a quick response to all of our questions and I would highly recommend him!
