Even though I'm sure he's quite busy, Tom never made it feel that way. It felt like a very personalized experience and Tom was always available for questions. He also made it really easy look at other options for setting up the mortgage.
Everything went well and the service was friendly helpful and fast
Tom was very thorough and made the process quick and simple.
There was a lot of back and forth with servicing where they were not reading previous emails and making notes in the account. Tom came in late so not much on him but important for the overall group.
