Working with Todd made my refinance so easy. He was always available to answer questions - communication was great. The actual closing itself was quick. I will recommend Todd to all my friends and family for their mortgage needs.
Todd, though we were separated by 250 miles, made the process of refinance simple, straightforward and transparent for my wife and I. Provided quick responses to a multitude of questions and acting on our behalf multiple times.
Todd lead us through the whole process and that made it easy on us. If something needed to be done Todd let us know. That is the easy way to go with good leadership. Thank you Todd!

We worked with Todd schindler and he was amazing he even closed our loan 6 days earlier than expected. Hes while team was wonderful and kept us informed every stepOf the way. I would highly recommend them!
Todd always made himself available to answer all my questions and took time to explain anything that I had concerns about. He always kept me informed on the status of my loan and where it was in the process.
