The day of closing was a mess. Documents were not sent over that should have been. Summit did not respond to calls or emails. The closing took close to three hours as a result.
My seller was happy that the buyers could close quickly and the lender met the close date even though there was a tight timeline.
Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process of buying. I would recommend him to anyone, he's professional and always kept me up to date from beginning to closing.
