Communication and helpful for first time homebuyers
Todd and his team were prompt, thorough and professional through the entire transaction.
Times are tough right now with COVID and a high demand for loans but ours kept getting pushed back and it threw us off with moving.
Maggie was super responsive and Todd was also available when needed. Only negative was delay at the closing table of about an hour and a half to check credit one final time. But otherwise smooth sailing and will definitely recommend.

Todd was great, and even though the loan had a tighter 40 day time line if the Summitt is under staffed. This is the second deal with Simmitt that had a 2 week delay on closing. I now have a 3rd deal coming and I find myself crossing my fingers...
