My application was a little more complicated than I believe most are. Some of the items that needed documentation were put off until the end of the process rather than dealt with immediately. They did a great job in handling them but the delays...

Being able to communicate with the team efficiently.

Communication was not all that great. Rushes assistants tell and my buyers Tish will call us but hardly happen. I wish if someone tells me I will get a call, I expect one. I would think communication should have been better.
