Honestly, the only "positive" was that my client got to closing but that came at my expense, not the lender's. My client didn't actually need me to take a commission reduction to close; a good lender would have offered a credit or other financing...

Lauren and her team always make the process easy and seamless. I believe this is the 3rd if not 4th time I've worked on a refi with Lauren and she will be the go-to until the day my house is fully paid for!
