I was able to get what I wanted and it's all working out
Tina was incredibly helpful! There were times she would answer questions on the weekend that I wouldn't expect an answer till the weekday. She works too much! But shes very good at what she does.

Communication was nonexistent until the end of the approval process. My Sellers were prepared to cancel the contract if another extension was requested because the lender never sent any correspondence or updates on the loan process.
