Tim always answered any questions I had and was able to get me pre approved very quickly. The whole transaction of home buying was as "simple" as buying a house could be. I highly recommend him as your next loan officer!!!!

Answer the phone? Dont wait until the day before to tell me there's a problem. If there is CALL me? Horrible communication!
There was very little communication. Tim never answered phone!!!! 2 days before close he changed our down payment amount and also increased loan amount with no explanation. Direct and specific questions were answered with no response!!! Delayed...
