Timothy was very friendly quick as to not waste any time and explained every document very thoroughly prior to my signing. I would highly recommend him.
I did not deal with Mr Biles but Scott Stephens at guild mortgage in Gainesville is awesome. I have worked with him for 15 years and will always recommend him to anyone I know that needs a home loan.
