Communication between the myself and the loan officer was good until the closing where i was belittled when addressing a concern and voicing my opinion. Overall i am satisfied that the transaction was completed and went smoothly.

You have to factor in many variables including closing costs, down payment, mortgage insurance, how long you plan on having the loan and/or the house and what your comfortable with paying on a monthly basis.
