I appreciate the help but the communication could have been better. Too many times I was asked to electronically sign estimated or real disclosures that had increased costs to us without any prior notice (written or verbal).
This was our 2nd loan with Tim and all I can say is that he is very knowledgeable which made our experiences very pleasant. Totally recommend him to everyone, he doesn't disappoint. Thanks again for everything Tim.
Tim and staff communicated regularly, resolved any bumps in the road quickly and painlessly and made the process seamless and void of anxiety... all despite doing so long distance.
