Our lender was very professional keeping us informed throughout the process, his support staff was easy to work with. We got a better interest rate than expected and everything closed right on time.
He really worked with me and helped me get the best rate for my refinance. He was proactive in letting me know interest rates had dropped considerably, and made the process quick and painless
