Tim is fantastic !!!! I was dealing with a crappy builder who was doing everything wrong. Tim stayed on them like a bulldog and pushed the deal through. Thanks a bunch Tim, I'm not sure I would have made it through without you.

We had a great experience! We were purchasing a new construction and were very busy w two children. Tim was very patient and informative. We closed on the exact date as we were told as well!! Thanks again :-)

As i said above, Tim was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated how quickly the loan process was completed. Tim was very thorough in explaining the various documents required and he was very responsive to any questions I had.
