    The communication with the buyer client must be improved and more stream-lined. I personally don’t like be included on nearly every email request from lender to buyer, but don’t mind the contact if assistance is needed. Estimated funds to close...

    I would not say it wasn't memorable. Overall the experience was ok and just got a little frustrated towards the end with surprise fees. Again thank you because without your help and of course God I would not be an homeowner. Thanks again.
