Communication with the team was timely and thorough.
Less paperwork needed(all the documents that were needed to submit)
Some of the people who worked on our applications were slow to respond and inefficient. Erin saved the day and turned things around and brought clarity to the process. She communicates well.
The loan process was very smooth. There was good communication, and we always received prompt responses to our questions. Plus, being able to sign and view documents online throughout the process was a huge convenience.
