Easy dealing.
I don't believe there is anything Tom could have done with my situation. The property I bought was unwarrantable which caused delays and increased my interest rate and cash to close. But he was eventually able to make it happen.
Tom gave us good advice and went out of his way to get our transaction closed on time!
