I had the seller in this particular transaction, but what made it great was tge extra effort and hardwork that y'all put in to close us before the weekend so my seller didn't have to sleep on the floor through the weekend.

Tom answered any questions my husband had, he explained everything to us and was knowledgeable. Tom and his team made this re-finance extremely smooth with no stress whatsoever . I trusted them completely!
