Tom is a Blessing to have as an AE & no punn intended. The guy responds back on weekends and is returns calls in a timely manner. He is definately a Great asset to the company!!!!
Freedom’s online system is easy to use. Turn times were good during these crazy times. My AE, Tom Blessing, is always very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Great experience.
The condition review process is confusing and I was unclear why conditions were not being cleared and what exactly I needed to do. Conditions were missed and I had to submit them multiple times.
