The whole process was relatively easy.
The ease in which it was done
Explaining things to me in language I could understand. He didn’t explain the likelihood of having to pay mortgage insurance. Which left me no getting much of a reduction in the monthly note.
I felt that we were not kept informed and I always had to call when an e-mail might have kept us up to date.
