Lacy was amazing! She answered all of the questions I had quickly and in a way that was understandable.
Lacy and Tom were both terrific to work with. Very friendly, prompt, and communicative. They made the process easy!
The team had strong proactive communication outlining and following up on action items. They made every interaction personal and seemed to truly care about us as people instead of treating us as a transaction.
