Was a lengthy process with building delays, so it made it hard to lock in on a rate. Mark and team were patient and very knowledgeable and talked me off a ledge when I was frustrated with builder!
The whole team was great to work with and made the process easy. Lacy kept us up to date along the way and helped educate us.
