The Rome team really took care of my family throughout our whole house buying journey. They walked us through everything, and answered each and every one of our questions in a knowledgeable, understandable, and timely manner.
Everybody was very quick to answer questions. I emailed Nomi a couple times after hours freaking out about finances and she always got back to me right away and always had a solution to my problems. The customer support was fantastic.
I wouldn't think of using another mortgage company! Professional, prompt, caring and an entire staff with a heart of a teacher. We are so thankful for the Rome Team and knowing that we are in good hands throughout the entire mortgage process....
