We were a big fan of Terri. She was more helpful than her higher up. We had issues with other people involved but Terri deserves a raise and promotion. She worked tirelessly and was always able to speak with us. Answered our questions.

The lack of clear communication made everything about the experience frustrating. I’ve owned multiple homes and, unfortunately, this process was the worst one many times over.
