timely and prompt response
Ms. Kashner kept me well informed about the loan process with frequent updates. She returned the calls promptly.
She was always there to answer my questions. She even gave me her personal phone number. This was all new to me buying my first home. She even talked with my mom with no problem. Will definitely recommend to my peers.
Teresa was very helpful throughout the whole loan process and explained to us every question we had. She made sure that we were completely informed the entire time and made us very comfortable with the loan process.
