Teresa was amazing at keeping me updated with throughout the entire mortgage loan process. She was always available when I called and was very transparent about the rates as they fluctuated throughout the process.

My husband took care of all the interaction so I am really able to answer this question. It all seemed very confusing, complicated and slow. When you remove one-on-one personal interaction the process is not good.
