Tena and Lori were fabulous. I loved that I always knew where "in the process" we were and if anything was needed. We have done probably 6 mortgages, and this was, by far, the best experience.

Customer service was outstanding. Ms. Anton explained the entire process in language we could understand. She promptly returned our calls and made sure that all our questions were answered.
