We had some issues that delayed our closing and required an appraiser to come out several times. Tena was wonderful and kept us in the loop the entire time.
Great experience. Tena was always available for questions and didn’t make me feel stupid for those questions. Everything was done in a very efficient manner and a lot of communication on the process and paperwork.
