Thanks for the review. Yes condos in Charleston aren't always easy to finance, but you just have to find a way to make it work when these HOA's financials aren't managed correctly.

Guild, in general, is a good company to work with. My only complaint about this loan was that we experienced a delay due to a gift funds letter being late or worded incorrectly.

Thanks for your feedback as we were not thrilled about the 2 day extension in closing. Gift letter updates don't delay closings. We were awaiting documentation from 3rd parties, mostly the HOA property management company and SC Housing final...
