We feel we were low-balled on the appraisal, which resulted in higher fees and the need to increase the loan. It was memorable, but not in a good way.

My experience with Tara was off the charts. We had a lot of hurdles and unexpected circumstances, and she was there to make it pleasant and worked ver I could not imagine working with a better person I could not imagine.
