We shouldn’t have had to push back the deadline for financing. Also there was a major mistake on the closing disclosure. 30 year not 20 year. Susan seems great and responsive, maybe it is a gap in the team.

Susan was very responsive and answered all of our questions during the mortgage lending process. She also kept us updated regarding interest rates and helped us decide when to lock in.
